I have been an attorney for 27 years, first as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami, then with Suffolk County Legal Aid Society, and now with my own criminal defense practice.
I am extremely skilled in criminal matters, I am easy to talk to and I'm a very hard worker!
I love helping people and so much of criminal defense work is listening to my client. I see my job as a collaboration and work tirelessly for the best results I can get.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet clients in person to discuss their case. I listen and ask LOTS of questions. I try to give each client a "road map" of where I think the case is headed, and then guide them through the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a practicing attorney for 27 years, I am licensed in both NY and Florida in all state courts.
I am admitted to practice in Federal Court in Southern/Eastern districts of NY, and Middle/Southern districts of FL.
I am Drug Court team member, and am well versed in all aspects of addiction, treatment and Drug Court policies.
