Audrey has been working with couples and individuals for about 10 years. Audrey is a certified Christain Counselor, licensed Mental Health instructor, and trained pre-marital facilitator.
My goal is to help people become more successful, self-confident, overcome fears and phobias, deal with depression, anxiety, and grief, solve problems in a family with relatives, marriage, and relationship issues.
I help build personal goals, overcome personal and psychological struggles, help people change their thinking, and work to help people realize their unlimited potential. I believe in the power of healing, of emotional and mental wellbeing to strengthen the body, mind, and soul.
