I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and children, family and marital therapy, and Hypnotherapy. I specialize in taking a psycho-spiritual approach in working with people. I help them to get to know the parts of themselves that are creating distress in their lives. I then help them to learn to care for those parts in ways that are in their highest good. I help people to connect with the many resources that are always available to them. I have a specialty in the treatment of addictions including Sex and Love Addiction, trauma, and anxiety.
