My clients are not simply numbers. I get involved and care about the process as well as the outcome.
Its something that we live through together.
What I find most rewarding about my chosen carreer is the interaction with people and the ability to help these people on an individual basis. Everyone has a unique situation. In fact, the best compliment that I received many years ago was from a law enforcement officer that said, in writing, "You make the word lawyer sound like a friend."
Also, it is very rewarding to help veterans and all animals, especially dogs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin a professional engagement with a new client, we first meet face to face. If the client has documentation such as police reports or financial statements, we review those documents and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of their position. I ask the client to explain their ideal resolution and discuss the options to reach that goal.
Once the client and I are comfortable with each other, we enter into a written agreement referred to as a Retainer Agreement. At that point, we begin to work together. If it is a Persional Injury matter, there is absolutely no charge until recovery.

Every situation is unique, however there is no charge in personal injury cases until success.

My Practice includes the representation of a divere group of individuls, professionals as well as businesses. There is no specific type of client jaust as there are no two situations that mirror each other. Everyone is unique.
