About
I have been practicing for over 30 years. I have represented hundreds of clients during that time. My clients get my undivided attention from the inception of their cases through their conclusions. I am proud of my trial skills and will go the distance if required to. I consider myself a lawyer’s lawyer.
After practicing law for as many years as I have, I think that what I enjoy the most at this point in my career is being able to have an impact on my clients' lives, being able to give them financial support and enabling them to live the remainder of their lives with dignity.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with clients for the first time, I explain the process to them from inception to conclusion. I let them know what is in store for them, what is expected from them, and how long the process typically takes. All questions are answered. I don't give my clients false expectations. It is important to my clients that they be given a realistic expectation of the road ahead for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I lecture frequently to other attorneys in my areas of expertise, which include automobile and motorcycle crashes, construction accidents, and premises liability cases. I have had the honor of being president of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, where I represented over 4000 thousand lawyers throughout New York as their voice in Albany, making sure that our clients' rights were protected legislatively and in the courthouses.
