What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All remote is conducted remotely via Zoom/Team Meetings. This allows for you to be in the comfort of your home or anywhere you choose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of top legal practice with divorce litigation and mediation experience with high net worth couples from simple to the most complicated Finacial and child custody disputes.
Prior CPA & CFP Allow me to plan and resolve all tax issues including Estate & Trust Planning.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices are fixed for certain services like Trust & Estate Planning starting @ $4500.
Divorce Mediation starts @ $5k.
How did you get started in this business?
Practicing CPA for 7 years before going back to law school at night. Have managed my own Law & Tax practice since 1996.

Have work with thousands of diversified clients from individuals to businesses in a variety of of industries from real estate to technology companies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently saved a client over $1.0mm in alimony regarding a cohabitation case after 2 years of litigation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Mediation/Arbitration wins hands down over litigation in terms of costs, aggravation and damage to the family. Always try mediation first. You can always litigate later.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always Ask a potential pro if they have significant experience regarding your specific circumstances. Hourly rates are commensurate with experience and that matters. A senior attorney can resolve your matter in a fraction of the time that a less experienced attorney can. That not only saves you total dollars but also gets you the best results.
