What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the initial contact is by phone. During the initial phone conversation I learn the basic details of the issue for which the client is seeking legal advice. After the initial contact we set up an intake interview during which we discuss the case in detail and examine any essential documents. Once the office is retained we initiate proceedings, whether by negotiation or litigation as appropriate to the case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Dean's List from Fordham University School of Law in 1992. I am admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut, including federal district courts. I have experience in all phases of divorce, family, landlord-tenant and civil litigation. I also serve as General Counsel and serve on the board of trustees for Exhibition Employees Union Local 829 in New York City.

The pricing for legal services is dependent on the complexity and time commitment required for your specific case. Our prices are highly competitive relative to other law firms of comparable experience in the tri-state area.
