What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prepare a written retainer agreement so there is no misunderstanding about the scope of my work and the legal fee that has been agreed upon in advance.
Whenever possible, I meet face to face with a new client and go over their documents and I get their complete background and information about their legal matter.
