I offer full service attention for your legal needs. Whether it is personal and family matters or business situations, I work with you in a no nonsense approach to assure that you understand and are comfortable with our legal representation. I speak in plain language and pride myself in promptly responding to your inquiries.
I am in my 31st year of practice. I go to court, other attorney's offices, and depending on the case I go to hospitals, health care facilities and other off-premises locations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a 30-minute consultation. We can do the scheduling via phone or email depending on the situation. We can do the consultation in-person or via phone depending on the situation.
The 30-minute consultation is generally complementary.
There is a consultation fee for family matters. If the client hires me I apply the consultation fee as a credit against whatever retainer I eventually charge to take the case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Batchelor of Arts Degree from the University of Connecticut in 1983.
I received my Juris Doctor law degree from Western New England University School of Law in 1987.
I have practiced law continuously since 1988.
