What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll meet with you in person or on the phone to discuss your matter and determine how we can help you. Next, we'll enter a written fee agreement so that you will know what your services will cost and how we will help you. Then, we'll get to work carefully analyzing and reviewing your problem and guiding you to a solution.
