What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet client to discuss personal situation, sign engagement letter and receive tax support material, i.e. W2s, 1099s, bank statements. (Scan material if possible and return to client before they leave)
2. Tax Return Preparation/Bookkeeping
3. Email client draft of tax return, for authorization for electronic filing, and online payment.
4. If material is not returned in step 1 have client material available for pickup. Print return or make CD if purchased.

How did you get started in this business?
I like working with people who appreciate what I can do for them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Small construction came in after receiving an IRS audit. The IRS denied all their expenses. We were able to provide the IRS with the necessary documentation and identifed the existing IRS Code References that convinced the IRS that this was a legimate business and all expenses should be allowed. Client recieved a letter stating that all expenses will be allowed with $0 tax liability.
