What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The enrollment process is very quick, online based. Once enrolled in the membership a welcome email is generated directly from our corporate office usually within 2 business days (after processing is complete) and members can start using their membership. I personally reach out to help set up the member's personal account, member perks account. I stay connected as much as possible.
