I have been in practice for over 30 years. Our firm practice includes, all aspects of real estate law, chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy filings, wills, trusts end estates, probate, and foreclosure defense. We welcome the opportunity to help you and your family reach their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most contact is either by internet or telephone. We interview the potential client to discern the client's needs. Once it it ascertained in the case of a bankruptcy, will, or trust we forward a questionnaire. If the case is litiigation we request a copies of the case documents. Once the questionnaire is completed or liigation documents are received we will evaluate the needs of the client and discuss how to proceed and the terms of the engagement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and JD, and have taken courses relating post admission courses in bankruptcy, estates, wills and real estate .
