I have been praticiing law in Connecticut for over 20 years and have closed thousands of real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers, investors as well as several local and national lenders.

Real Estate transactions are typically done on a flat fee basis.
Estate Planning work depends upon the services to be provided and the documents needed meet client needs.
Probate fee varies but is typically based upon a percentage of the gross estate.
How did you get started in this business?
I started Wasikowski Law Firm, LLC 7 years ago after being a partner in another firm with similar specialties for a number of years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals, couples, real estate investors, local realtors, local and national residential and commercial lenders and mortgage brokers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
All of my office staff and many of our existing clients and referral sources came to support a charity event that my wife organized for children like our son who have been diagnosed with a condition called Global Apraxia which is a neurological disorder that often affects speech & language as well as motor planning skills.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You do get what you pay for especially when hiring a legal professional who specializes in a certain area of the law.
