What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, I first speak with a potential client by phone.  If it appears to make sense, we then schedule a meeting to learn whether we are comfortable with each other and to explore whether it makes sense for the client to retain me.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended Trinity College in Hartford and Albany Law School in Albany New York.  my practical education is derived from four decades of practicing law in Connecticut.

No- I try to work with clients to develop a financial package that works for them and for me.


How did you get started in this business?

I started practicing win Bridgeport in 1975 as an associate in my uncle's firm.

All ages, nationalities, rich people, poor people, etc etc.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?

Find someone that is knowlegable, someone that seems fair and someone that can look you in the eye.
