We not only treat children and teens, but we love working with adults, couples and families, too. We're unique because we use expressive therapies proven to be effective in treating multiple issues. Our clients learn self awareness, develop insight and learn healthy ways of self expression through art, music, play, crafts and other fun evidence-based techniques. Knowing we all spend a great deal of our time with our families and this can often be a source of tension, we help you improve communication, assist with conflict resolution, develop effective parenting strategies and more to help you create a strong, healthy and loving family. We start with an intake assessment where we gather information and begin a customized treatment plan for you, your child or family. We take what we learn about you and to match you with our therapist who best meets your needs based on your age, psychological symptoms, strengths and goals for treatment. We are a group of all licensed, experienced therapists with many years of service within our communities. We have five locations and are expanding to the Denver area and surrounding communities.
