What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
And initial free consultation is offered either in person or virtually. Once retained, the firm begins its representation by filing an entry of appearance with the court. From that point forward the client is kept aware of the status of his or her case throughout the legal representation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in practice since 1981. Our practice is limited to DUI and criminal law
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The firm's fees are based on each individual client. Our fees are generally less than other firms the procatice DUI law in the area. We also offer payment plans for those clients that need quality legal representation but do not have the entire retainer fee when they intially hire the firm.
How did you get started in this business?
After clerking for the Chief Justice of the Co0lorado Supreme Court, I began my own law practice with an empahsis on persons who have ben charged with a DUI or criminal offense.
