What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak by phone for a free period of time. If you like I will email a proposed agreement and quote. After that, if you want to meet then we will and complete retainer. If we don't need to meet you can email retainer signed and make online payment and then I start working on your case!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19+ years as an attorney; 8 as a prosecutor; extensive training hours; started in the court system in 1995.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around! Don't go with the person who wants your money before even talking to you!
