What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial step is a phone consultation. A potential client will reach out to us online, by email or by phone, and we will put that person in contact with one of our attorneys for a consult. The initial consultation is by phone and is free of charge. In order for us to provide a valuable and benefical consulation we will need to speak with the potential client and obtain information regarding the pending case, whether they took a chemical test, whether they have any prior convictions or arrests, and much more.
We do not provide consultations over email.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We typically offer a flat fee for services. Once we speak to the potential client over the phone and find out the full details of their case and prior history, as well as expectations and needs, we will quote a price at that time.
How did you get started in this business?
Jay was a former Deputy Distrcit Attorney out of Adams County.

We have represented people from all walks of life. We have represented professional athletes, doctors, pilots, nurses, teachers, engineers, and everything in between. DUI is an offense that affects all types of people and we are here to help you if you are being charged with a DUI.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who focuses on the area of law you need assistance in. Do not hire a general practitioner. Someone who does a little of everything generally does not do anything at a high level. If you needed open heart surgery, you would not go see an orthopedic surgeon. Same principles apply in the legal field. Find someone who specializes in the area of law you need assistance in.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are your goals and expectations? Everyone wants a dismissal and that is the ultimate goal, but it may not be realistic given the facts of your case. Think about your goals and be realistic and upfront with the attorneys you speak with regarding your goals and expectations.
