What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a free initial consultation. This is a time for the attorney to ask questions and take notes about the facts of the case. On some level, it is akin to an interrogation. Mr. Lawrence will also ask about goals and explain the options available to the client. If the client wishes to hire Mr. Lawrence, representation will proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Lawrence graduated law school in 2010, and he has practice law since then in big firms, small firms, and his own firm. He has handled hundreds of cases and taken several to trial.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The Lawrence Law Firm handles criminal cases on flat fees, and personal injury cases are handled on a contigency fee. Every case is priced differently, but we do find that our rates are competitive.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A customer needs to know what there goals are. Once they figure out their goals, they should base there questions around the outcome they are looking for.
