I am an attorney with over 30 years of experience as a civil litigator, primarily in the areas of Plaintiff's personal injury work involving catstrophic injuries. I have been designatesd as a Superlawyer, am rated AV pre-eminent by Matindale Hubbel, have been designated as one America's Top 100 Lawyers and have extensive trial experience. I am one of 21 Lawyers who have received the Colorado Trial Lawyers Assocaiation that represents the PLaintiff's Bar in Colorado and has been inexistence for over 40 years. I am also ammebber of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Roundtables based upon the results I have obtained for my clients. That being said, I do not carry a large caseload, which allows me to provide the individual attention to each of my clients that they deserve. If a case is not one I will be able to handle, I have a network of excellent attorneys that I can refer potential clients to.
