Paul is an experienced attorney handling simple to complex family law cases. His firm also represents individuals who are accused of criminal misconduct with a focus on domestic violence, violent crimes, and sexual assault. Paul uses his experience to represent victims of sexual assault as well. His practice is in the Denver area and has physical offices in Littleton Colorado and Parker Colorado and can meet with you in your town or over zoom. While he practices all over the state, his primary courts are Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Denver counties. He is a frequent speaker to public forums such as chambers of commerce and to attorney groups such as bar associations, public defenders, and family law lawyers. Paul has served as chairperson of the SOMB, sex offender management board in the past for over 4 years and has testified before the General Assembly regarding public safety, treatment of sex offenders and community corrections. Paul is noted as an expert in Complex Family Law, Sex Offender Management and Offender Housing issues. Paul has served as President of the Arapahoe County Bar Association and the 18th Judicial community corrections board. Additionally, Paul has served on the 18th Judicial District Judicial Performance Commission which evaluates and reports on Judges in the Colorado Blue Book Voters Guide.
