Law Office Of Mark P. Miller
About
Even before I worked in the Colorado Attorney General's Office I've wanted to help people who are victims of other's wrong-doing. Knowing that many potential clients don't like going to lawyer's offices I'll travel to them. Also, within reason, I'll let clients help out with their cases and do research if they want. Also, I'll talk to clients regularly and for long periods of time, if they need time to express their concerns. I do my best to be thorough with their cases.
I'm rated 10/10 by AVVO and AV Preeminent by Martindale- Hubbell. I've served in several leadership capacities with the Colorado Bar Association; I served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years and as a youngster, I was an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts.
I enjoy helping people resolve their legal issue(s) related to automobile, slip and fall, dog bite and work related accidents. Also, I handle criminal and traffic defense cases as well as small Estate Planning documentation.
I DO NOT handle Bankruptcy or Family Law matters.
Helping people get a fair settlement from insurance companies regarding the injuries they've incurred due to someone elses negligence, justice from the criminal law system and drafting the basic docu-ments that everyone needs for Estate Planning while they are still alive and for their beneficiaries when they die.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regarding a potential client who has a case involving either a motor vehicle accident, accident at work or criminal or traffic defense such as DUI, I'll meet with the potential client, reviewing any documents they have, review with them the process or procedure that we need to follow and establish steps that we need to take.
If they have any other type of unrelated case, including divorce, real estate, etc. I suggest they contact an attorney who handles those matters
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law degree from the University of Denver, admitted to the Colorado Bar as well as several other states.
