About this pro

I support individuals & couples using mindfulness, somatic and experiential techniques that access deeper material than is usually accessed through traditional talk therapy alone. I have substantial experience working with trauma, grief, depression and relationship issues. Entering into therapy is a courageous step and I am committed to supporting you on every step of your journey. I offer a nonjudgemental approach that is rooted in awareness, insight and action. Rather than keeping someone in therapy for years on end, my job is to facilitate your own journey of healing so you can fully appreciate your life.

I love meeting people in a genuine way, an encounter afterwhich we are both altered for the better. The practice of therapy is one of self study, other study and the meeting imbetween. One of the things I like the most about this work is the connection and exchange between two sovereign beings.

I highly recommend Julian. He is not only highly trained, but he is the real thing. With a pure heart, he is able to be fully present with and deeply listen so that he can gracefully guide his clients. He can be trusted.

I deeply appreciate Julian's care and compassion. He helped me work through my own trauma and traumatic memories. This is truly life changing work! Highly recommended for those who want deep insight and healing. And who are ready to do the deep work themselves.

I have grown and deepened in all my relationships through working with Julian. This includes my relationship to my self. Highly recommended for marriage counseling and for personal therapy. Julian is very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Forming a therapeutic alliance was easier, and happened faster than it had for me in the past.
