Western States Law
About
A boutique, full-service personal injury law firm based in Aurora, Colorado with attorneys also licensed in Utah and Wyoming. We specialize in getting our clients the victim compensation funds they deserve after an injury.
If you have been the victim of a crime, you may be eligible for benefits from the Victims' Compensation Fund in your county. Some car wreck cases qualify as crimes under the law, which may entitle you to immediate help. However, strict deadlines do apply. We help our clients pursue compensation funds and restitution from the responsible party through the criminal process.
We truly treat all of our clients as if they were our own friends or family, in order to get them the compensation they deserve while also providing the support and confidence they need.

SIX-FIGURE CONFIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT
The law firm settled a case against a bar/tavern for overserving alcohol to an individual who left the bar and caused a motor vehicle collision. Under the law, a bar can be held liable for serving alcohol to a visibly intoxicated person. While this is seldom admitted, we hired a toxicologist to confirm that the individual was so intoxicated that there was no way there were not signs of visible intoxication. There was a separate settlement with the driver.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In order to have a claim for a personal injury in Colorado you must establish three things:
Liability
Damages
Causation
Ensure that an attorney can provide dedicated service and will not pass you off to a paralegal or sales representative. At Western States Law our team is dedicated to each client and will never be passed off to another non-qualified legal representative.
