I have almost thirty (30) years of courtroom experience and I represent those accused of DUI, DWAI, felonies, misdemeanors, property crimes, sex crimes and domestic violence offenses.
I enjoy representing clients in the courtroom. I have personally tried 125 cases to jury verdict so I know how to effectively represent clients at trial. It is an amazing rush to obtain an acquittal for a client after a jury trial.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation where I learn the situation facing the person and quote flat fees either for the initial phase of the case or for representing the client through trial.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a J.D. and I am a Colorado-licensed attorney.
I previously worked as a deputy district attorney in Colorado.

I offer flat-fees for a variety of cases.
Both for cases that settle short of trial and those that proceed to jury trial.
