I was admitted to the practice of law by the State Bar of California in 1993. For over twenty-seven years, I have practiced exclusively in the area of family law litigation, mediation and related areas. My experience includes a wide range of issues in the areas of child custody, asset division, support and adoption. I have been a Certified Family Law Specialist, Certified by the State Bar of California, since 2001. I have testified as an expert witness regarding the standard of care for Family Law Attorneys. I have been appointed by the court to serve as a special master regarding Family Law issues. I am the founder of Gibbs Divorce Mediation, concentrating on mediating Family Law and related issues, since 2000.
I have a passion for helping people through a difficult time in their lives. I thrive on helping people resolve their differences.

If at all possible, divorcing parties should strongly consider mediating their matter. Our divorce mediation puts control of the process and the outcome in our clients' hands.
