I specialize in functional muscle manipulation helping to rebalance the body due to routine work, stress and previous/current injuries. Deep tissue/sports massage combined with reiki energy work and cranial sacral work as well. I also educate clients on nutrition, mental health and many other avenues to a wellness lifestyle. Self care is of the utmost importance! I love to help my clients incorporate self care into their lives. I love helping people out of pain and into a healthy well balanced, pain free lifestyle.

I have been working with and supporting children, teens, and adults for twenty-five years. I enjoy helping others to conquer anxiety and depressive symptoms, to better understand their choices and behaviors. When we find our inner authentic self and begin to find the courage to share that truth, then we begin to balance our lives, and that is where we truly find our strength.

I've had 10+ years experience in Marriage and Family Therapy, and 10+ years experience in youth and family ministry. My MA in Psychology and MFT certification is from Azusa Pacific University.
