I specialize in the treatment of women's health, trauma, addiction, and self worth. I have been in the field for approximately 8 yrs and during that time I have had a variety of experience ranging from residential inpatient substance abuse treatment to outpatient treatment and everything in between. I have been extensively trained in DBT, EMDR, trauma informed therapy, self compassion, and addiction protocols. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss services and identify if it is a good fit for us to schedule an initial intake. During the initial intake we will further clarify goals for treatment and discuss strategies to address those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been extensively trained in DBT, CBT, EMDR, trauma treatment, addiction protocols, and self compassion strategies.
