Our office handles major personal injury cases all over California and Criminal cases in Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, San Luis Obispo County and Los Angeles. We will take criminal cases in other counties, however, the client should assess the cost of hiring an attorney outside of their county, versus a local attorney for their case. Typically, a local attorney can be far less expensive than an outside attoreny, especially if the case is a misdemeanor.
I have been a trial attorney for more than 35 years. If you are charged with a crime, you want a trial attorney representing you. If you hire my firm, you can always reach someone by phone. Our attorneys are smart, sharp and fearless when it comes to negotiating with the District Attorney, or if your case is an injury case, dealing with insurance companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free 30 minute consultation to each customer. During that consultation, we will gather information about the case. If the case is a criminal case, we will discuss case strategy. After quoting the fee, once the client agrees, and pays, we get to work on the case. Clients should understand that lawyers cannot guarantee anything. Each case is unique with different nuances. If you are charged with a serious crime, this is the firm you want on your side.
