Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For IRS or State Audits, there is an evaluation fee then a compliance fee for service.
For tax returns, we charge by the form which is based on the complexity of the return, basically whatever forms are needed to keep more money in your pocket and out of Washington. Our prices range from $100 - $120 for a W2 only return, $140 - 160 for a return with itemized deductions e.g. you own a home and can use itemized deductions. Small business returns run $240 - 270. Earned income credits or other credits are additional. If you have K-1's, trade stocks, or Bitcoin there are additional charges due to the time to complete.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in 2006 after the owner Joe worked as a California Registered Tax Preparer for H&R Block from 2004 - 2006. After working for the H&R Block corporate office in Oceanside and seeing the high prices they charged, Joe went out on his own.
