About
We specialize in Tax Resolution. If you have a tax problem we are a professional firm that only works with clients like you. We are not distracted by annual tax preparation as we focus on your case. Joe is a Retired US Marine and has been working in taxes since 2005. He knows how to negotiate with the IRS to help save you money. We are not a huge firm where you are just a number, we offer a personal approach.
I love helping people solve their tax issues and keep more money in their pockets. We can all agree that the government does not know how to spend our money so we can keep it in our clients' hands so they can spend it how they want.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For IRS or State Audits, there is an evaluation fee and then a compliance fee for service. We will quote you the full price whenever possible based on our 30 min Tax Resolution Strategy Session and the information you provide. We only split the fee if you do not have enough information for us to give you a full quote or if the information you provide initially is not accurate.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in 2006 after the owner Joe worked as a California Registered Tax Preparer for H&R Block from 2004 - 2006. After working for the H&R Block corporate office in Oceanside and seeing the high prices they charged, Joe went out on his own. Then after doing annual returns for a few years Joe moved to Tax Resolution.
