What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free consultations over the phone. If it turns out your circumstances are a match with our business culture, we will develop your legal action plan. We may ask you a bunch of personal questions in order to gain the information we need to effectively represent you. Once our objective and plan of action are defined, we will sub into your case (let the Court know we now represent you), and file the documents needed to establish control of your outcome, insuring that you are not legally overpowered.

Our legal team puts at your fingertips over 20 years of wisdom, networking and experience in family law. We are highly regarded in all Bay Area counties, and well respected in many surrounding/outlying jurisdictions as a firm of high ethical standard with dedicated focus on attention to detail.
