For over 40 years, I have been helping families to avoid conservatorship and probate, and provide for the orderly transfer of family wealth to the next generation.
I love my work to the point that I became a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. I work to educate the public about estate planning through my live seminars, my seminar at my Youtube channel (Law Offices of Robert P. Bergman), and my weekly radio show, "Plan Your Estate Radio" on 1220 AM, KDOW, from 2:00pm to 3:00pm on Friday afternoons.
