My work is rooted in clinical training and life experience. My focus is on communication, intentional living, and accountability. My narrative approach creates a warm and welcoming environment for anyone who wants to change their life experience for the better. After escaping a life of insane risk-taking, drugs, alcohol, and failed relationships, I found myself back in school studying psychology! I would love to share that journey and experience with you and assist you and finding and nurturing that better you! I am living proof that change is possible. I do both counseling and LENS Neurofeedback. The Neurofeedback enables change to happen more quickly for most clients. It is excellent for TBI or concussions. I work with both children and adults. It is excellent for ADHD and anxiety as well as for migraines, insomnia, depression and anger. I am a seasoned therapist, thus I work with a wide range of challenges. I love all kinds of people and challenges. I have had a natural and sincere joy for my work since I was a young clinician. My work became even more fulfilling 8 years ago when I introduced LENS Neurofeedback because it is extremely effective and speeds up the transformative process...
