I am an aviation plaintiff's attorney with 30 years of experience as both aviation defence and plaintiff's lawyer. In this capacity I represent parties in air crashes an aviation related matters. I also have maritime law eperience having represented two America's Cup sailors. I also draft contracts in the aviation field and other fields. I have taken numerous cases to trial. I am also a mediator and mediate a wide variety of cases. In all the cases I have mediated the parties have reached a settlement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the matter. In air crash cases where I represent an estate or injured party I do the case on a contingency fee basis so it does not cost the victim any money. I get compensated by a percentage of the settlement or verdict.

I have an MA (Education) Auckland University, NZ; LLB Auckland University School of Law; LLM (hons) McGill University Montreal Canada -Instute of Air and Space Law.
Admitted to the California Bar; NZ Barrister and Solicitor; Australia (NSW and Victoria) Barrister and Solicitor.
I have over 30 years experience as a litigation attorney practising on my own since 1993 in San Francisco.
