"I just wanted to quit smoking! My life was great but I am 71 years old and I felt anxious about continuing to smoke and I struggled with actually doing it. I was very excited about working with a hypnotherapist and Farzin was so nice and I felt that he was easy to talk to. I looked forward to our sessions. It took me a while, but the more I practiced what Farzin had given me to listen and talk about, the more the desire to smoke became less, and I was no longer feeling so much anxiety. I felt like I was getting more productive in all aspects of my life without thinking about smoking! I had more energy to accomplish everything. I would say my life is definitely better!!!
