Attorney Jason Goldwater is a 2008 honors graduate of UCLA and a 2012 Harvard Law School graduate, and has been practicing law for over eight years. In law school, Attorney Goldwater worked in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, and also worked for the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) Enforcement Division.

After graduation, he worked as an associate for one of the world’s premier law firms, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He has represented individuals as well as multi-national Fortune 500 companies including Schwab, Electronic Arts, Nvidia, 23andMe, PG&E, CNBM Group and CNBM Company. He has litigated both jury and bench trials in Federal and State courts, including appellate courts, and has also represented litigants in class-actions and multi-district litigation. His practice has also included international litigation and arbitration throughout the country and the world, including in Hong Kong and China.

Attorney Goldwater specializes in civil litigation, and is comfortable representing both individuals and corporations in various proceedings, including personal injuries and mass torts, business and contract disputes, internal investigations, employment litigation, real estate and landlord/tenant litigation, civil rights litigation, securities litigation, and arbitration and mediation proceedings.
