Romano’s Innovative Coaching
About
If you look further at my profile, you will see that I am highly accomplished, and have spent over 20 years teaching and training adults. I can work with a variety of folks, from newborns to the elderly, and people living in ivory towers, to the man and woman on death row (seriously!).
I am curious, empathetic, accepting, and warm with a sense of humor. I see others as having innate worth, and deserving of my effort, truthfulness, and respect. If you are having trouble feeling sucessful, I see my clients as fulfilled and successful so I can help to get you there.
Unlike psychotherapy, you are in control. You are seen as capable of accomplishing your goals, not as incapable because of mental illness. You are in control of your sessions and your life. It is you that is the focus!
The first session establishes rapport, and a climate of acceptance, respect and ease. I like to learn about my client, as that aids in the shared relationship, and helps you to set more effective goals and objectives. It allows me to write a more meaningful and accurate proposal, to the extent possible, as your life should always be moving forward, and in-flex.
My favorite thing about coaching is that I am able to meet, and help so many wonderful people. Seeing my clients living a happier, more meaningful life is so important to me. It is the reason I do this work!
