Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial contact will be to screen your phone call to see if we are the best fit for your case, and if we are then we will schedule your consultation. We offer free 30 minutes phone call consultations to new clients, or you can pay to have an in person consultation with one of our staff. Before your consultation we will send you an intake form which we require to be completed before your consultation. It helps to save time for more important questions during your consultation. From there we inquire with you about retaining and provide you a quote. Once we obtain the agree fee or retainer we will begin working on your case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorney Darci McKean grew up in northern California and obtained her law degree from Linconl Law School of Sacramento. Before attending law school, Ms. McKean worked for the Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services and was a family law paralegal.
