Initial consultation of 60 minutes to review facts of case and discuss legal options. Retainer agreement prepared including quote for retainer deposit. Depending upon status of matter, case may be filed or moved forward from current status.

$120 initial consult fee - applies toward retainer deposit should client wish to retain this office. Retainer deposits vary depending upon issues in case
How did you get started?
Mr. Howington: School teacher and athletic coach, became interested in children's rights.
Ms. Carter and Ms. Mashedy: Family Law emphasis in law school, volunteer time to various child advocate groups.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients with family law issues - divorce, legal separation, support and custody and visitation, grandparent rights, complex asset division (business, etc), child advocacy issues.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently obtained custody for maternal grandparents of of child whose mother has terminal illness and wants her child to be raised by her parents
