What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your case. As your attorney, your communication is confidential and crucial so that I can understand your case and your goals. Then we evaluate your legal options and create a case plan strategy to optimize the best results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a Bachelor's Degree from Clemson University as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami. I have worked on hundreds of civil and family law cases, and select criminal defense work. My work includes first chair trial advocacy, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and all stages of litigation.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I offer hourly rate billing ($400-$500 hourly) as well as flat rate billing, depending on the case.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find an attorney that can work with you to get the results you want. The legal process can be slow, but with excellent communication, the process is much more efficient.
