The first step is a free initial consultation either in-person, by phone, or via zoom. At this consultation, we will review your financial situation in detail, determine what you qualify for and answer any questions you may have.

Make sure you are hiring an attorney who is an expert in the field of law you need representation for. An established bankruptcy attorney will not only have general knowledge of bankruptcy laws, but a familiarity with each court and judge's local rules and expectations. Hiring an experienced attorney can mean the difference between a successful and a problematic case.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Before you speak with someone, have an idea of your assets, income, debts, and expenses. If you have any concerns regarding these things, be sure to ask during the consultation. Always make sure the fee quoted for your bankruptcy is all-inclusive. There are different types of bankruptcies, so make sure you understand which type is best for you and what that process will entail.
