About
Sometimes, life leads us to overwhelming places. Life can be filled with so much busy-ness, too much hurry, and too much stress. While taking care of everything and everyone around you, taking care of you is often forgotten. As your life continues the pattern of “go, go, go...” Anxiety, burnout, and/or trauma build up inside of you, and leave you feeling just exhausted. You know that something has to change and that life has more to offer. But you are not sure where to start. What you need is a place to “just be”. A place where you can slow down and rest. A place where you can be authentic and true to yourself. As your therapist, I’ll provide you with a non-judgmental space where we will explore, process, and overcome barriers that are making you feel “stuck” from living the life you want. It’s time to take care of you. Let’s find your inspiration for life again. ABOUT LINDA
