About
You don't have to fix things alone, and feeling better is absolutely possible! Unconditional acceptance and support lead to empowerment and build self-esteem and confidence. I've seen it, I've felt it, and I know it works!
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues and stress, as well as those who simply want to have a clearer sense of meaning and purpose in life.
I became a licensed therapist in 2013, and I've been providing therapy since 2006 when I began my education.
You can learn more by visiting my website at www.ginafound.com. I also provide free 20 consultations for new clients so they can tell me more about themselves and see if we are a good fit. Reach out today to get started!
I love what I do! It's an honor to help people feel better about themselves. My training, education, and life experiences inform everything I do. Most importantly, I'm a down-to-earth person and I want you to feel safe to be open and honest during our sessions.
A lot of people are nervous about reaching out to a therapist, and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. You might cry, you'll likely be challenged to think about things in new ways, and we'll definitely laugh together (it's the best medicine!). My hope is that you'll feel empowered and inspired by your experience. If you're ready, I'm here to help!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a free 20 minute phone consultation to talk about what you're looking for, followed by a session in person to begin figuring out how therapy can meet your specific needs. Sessions are conducted once per week. We start by getting to know each other, and then collaborate to identify your goals and find ways to help you overcome things like sadness, anxiety, concerns about subtance use, and problems in your relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MA in Clinical Psychology, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, extensive training and experience working with clients struggling with numerous mental health issues like anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship problems, and trauma recovery.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My full fee is $160 for a 50 minute therapy session. I offer sliding scale options for those with financial need.
How did you get started in this business?
I chose to become a licensed therapist because I love supporting people in becoming their best selves. I'm passionate about providing a safe space for people to be authentic and vulnerable without being judged. I've personally used therapy to overcome challenges and face fears, so doing this work is my way of paying it forward.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals (teens and adults), couples and families
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently worked with a client who told me she didn't know where her life would be without our work together. I've seen her grow and become more confident in herself, and it's so nice to see her believing in herself and creating the life she wants.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut! Finding the right fit is very important, because it's the quality of the relationship you have with your therapist that is the strongest predicting factor that therapy will work for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask yourself what you'd like to get out of therapy, what you'd like your life to look like in 1 year, and what you need from someone in order to feel safe and supported.
