The attorneys at The Rinka Law Firm are trial attorneys who limit their practice to the areas of employment litigation, business disputes and personal injury. The Rinka Law Firm attorneys represent both individuals and companies in state and federal courts throughout the country. In addition, our attorneys have also represented clients at private arbitration.
Stephen is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law and the University of Minnesota. While in law school Stephen served as an intern at the California Department of Corporations where he assisted in the prosecution of securities fraud actions against corporate officers. Stephen also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary Ann Murphy of the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office in the Crimes Against Peace Officers Division.
Stephen has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star and is admitted to the bars of California and Minnesota. He is admitted to all California state courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and all the California Federal District Courts.

I am a licensed California trial attorney with over 17 years of experience in representing individuals in employment lawsuits involving wrongul termination, harassment, discrimination and wage and hour. I am also experienced in representing individuals in personal injury actions arising out of car accidents, slip and falls and dog bites.
