What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial client consultation after reviewing your request, usually takes place by phone call. During this first consultation, I will listen to you regarding your legal matter, and will ask you for relevant information to determine what legal help you need, and if my office may be able to help you.
If it is determined that you have a case you need help with, and that we are able to help you, we will then offer our serivice and negotiate a representation agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to law school and have practiced law for over seven years in California. I worked under very experienced and successful lawyers during this time, and have made dozens of court appearnces. Since opening my own practice, I have handled dozens of cases successfully for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
