We have a system when dealing with all new files. 

Step 1- Client communication and intake. We make sure to meet the client and get all the necessary facts for the case; 

Step 2- Set up any property damage or rental car needs the client has; 

Step 3- Focus on the needed medical care for the client; 

Step 4- Communicate every step of the case with the client so that they are aware of the details.
