Carbon Law Group provides personalized, innovative legal solutions to small and medium-sized business owners and start-ups in Arizona and California. We have helped clients resolve issues related to entity choice, stock issues, startup financing, employment agreements, licensing deals, corporate contracts, trademarks, copyrights, commercial lease negotiations, and non-profit filings. The firm was founded by Pankaj Raval who has earned widespread recognition as a personable, knowledgeable, and reliable startup, small business, and intellectual property attorney. The Carbon Law Group team is made of Vikas Srinath (Associate), Zach Hunsaker (Paralegal) and Lyris Ramos (Legal Assistant and Client Relationship Specialist).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from the University of Arizona with a focus on International Business and Trade Law. I received a double BA in Economics and Sociology (Hons) with a minor in business administration also from the University of Arizona. I spent a year in India volunteering and serving impoverished communities. I am an avid student of business and I have not only built my firm from nothing to over 500 clients and five team members, but I have a passion for helping entrepreneurs start and grow businesses.
