What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss their needs and then prepare the necessary documents. We send the documents to the client for review and we then meet to execute the documents. With probate or trust administration cases we keep the client informed at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business Administration from UCLA, a Juris Doctorate from UCLA and a Masters of Law (LLM) in taxation.
I also served as a neutral arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for 25 years.
